Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

How to Enter

• Entries must be submitted via the official entry method (as outlined in the competition promotion).
• Entries submitted via any other method will not be accepted.
• Entries close at 12:00 AM on Thursday 2nd April 2026.

The Prize

• The prize consists of Three Mugs These are seperate prizes

Winner Selection & Notification

• Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
• The winners will be contacted via Email after the competition closes.
• Only the winners will be contacted.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Planet XO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Who Can’t Enter

• Current and former staff of Planet XO (XO Radio LTD and Cute Media) are not eligible to enter.

Disqualification

• Planet XO reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Planet XO accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or for any technical issues beyond its control.

Data Protection

• All personal data collected for the purpose of this competition is controlled and stored by Planet XO.
• Your details will be used solely for administering this competition and will not be retained or shared for any other purpose.
• The winner's details will be shared with the event organisers for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
• All other entrants' information will not be shared and will remain confidential.
