Competition Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
• By entering, you also confirm that you will be able to attend the event on Friday 24th October.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

How to Enter

• Entries must be submitted via the official entry method (as outlined in the competition promotion).
• Entries submitted via any other method will not be accepted.
• Entries close at 12:00 AM on Monday 13th October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

The Prize

• The prize consists of 2 tickets to “An Evening with Danny Sebastian & Peter Gunn” at Accrington Golf Club. These are Meet & Greet tickets.
• The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other expenses incurred in connection with attending the event.
• XO Radio is not affiliated with the organisers or any associated entities.
• If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or changed, XO Radio accepts no responsibility and no alternative prize will be offered.

Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via Email after the competition closes.
• Only the winner will be contacted.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, XO Radio reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Who Can’t Enter

• Current and former staff of XO Radio and Planet XO, as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter.

Disqualification

• XO Radio reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• XO Radio accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or corrupted entries, or for any technical issues beyond its control.

Data Protection

• All personal data collected for the purpose of this competition is controlled and stored by XO Radio.
• Your details will be used solely for administering this competition and will not be retained or shared for any other purpose.
• The winner's details may be shared with the event organisers for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
• All other entrants' information will not be shared and will remain confidential.

General

• XO Radio reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
