Operational Information
Blast Radio operates 24/7 with split programming. The station operates in the cloud and does not have a physical radio studio. We broadcast online only and can be heard in a number of digital ways, including our website, mobile app, Alexa skill, and third-party websites.
Local Production and Automation
Our programming is produced from a number of locations across Wales and England.
During weekdays, from 4am to 1am, we broadcast local content including news, weather, sport, and other local information. A selected number of syndicated shows may also air during this period.
From 1am to 4am, we simulcast The Night Network before switching back to local content.
At weekends, local content continues from 6am to 1am. On Saturdays from 10pm, we air syndicated shows until midnight, when we simulcast The Night Network.
Some shows are broadcast live, while others are voice-tracked or pre-recorded.

Local Information
Our local content is broadcast from 4am to 1am and includes local news, weather, and sport. Bulletins are updated throughout the day.
