XO Radio is a registered company (XO Radio Ltd 15632388) We are a part of Planet XO which is a Network of Local Radio Stations broadcasting online around the United Kingdom

Format

We play music from the 60s to the 90s from 6AM to 6PM. From 6PM – 6AM, we call this our Specialist zone where there could be music from the 60s to today’s music.

Operational Information

XO Radio Operates 24/7 with split programming. The stations operates in the Cloud with no physical Radio Studio. We broadcast Online only which can be heard in a number of digital ways: On Our Website, Mobile App, Via Alexa Skill and even Third Party websites.

Local Production/ Automation

Our programming is produced from a number of locations within Wales and England. During the Weekdays (6AM – 10PM) We play Local content Inc News, Weather etc. There will be a selective amount of Syndicated shows within this time period. After 10PM we simulcast The Chill Out Zone. From Midnight we then simulcast The Night Network until 6AM when we switch to Local Content. The weekends continues with local content 6AM – 10PM. On Saturdays from 10PM we air Syndicated shows until midnight when we simulcast The Night Network. Some shows are live where as some are Voice Tracked or Pre-Recorded.

Local Information

Our local content is broadcasted from 6AM – 10PM. This includes Local News, Weather and Sport. All bulletins are updated throughout the day.
